Year 1 visit Bramton Museum
This morning Year 1 attended the Brampton Museum stepping back in time to the 1850's to meet the significant historical figure, Florence Nightingale. She started by giving us a brief history of her childhood. She lived in a 16 bedroom home with servants. She went on the train as a Nurse in Germany and go onto save many many injured soldiers. The children helped Florence clean the hospital and treat the soldier's injuries. They had a fantastic morning.
