Year 6 visits the Staffordshire Regiment Museum
On Tuesday 24th January 2023, Y6 visited the Staffordshire Regiment Museum in Lichfield. To help us explore and delve further into our topic of WWI and WWII, we walked the trenches, looking at artefacts the soldiers would have used and had in the past. We listened to the sounds of the bombs and sirens.
The museum allowed us to
see the uniforms worn and the weapons used. We even got to try a weapon for
ourselves!
Shay – I would
love to go again!
Jensen – We
completed the quiz, we found all the Staffordshire bull terrier dogs and solved
the clues.
