Year 5 visit the village of Blisthill
On 27th June 2022, we entered the village of Blisthill, and the children experienced life as a Victorian. We visited the bank to exchange our currency into farthings and shillings. The children visited various different buildings, experiencing school life, and what it was truly like to work – just like that of Jim Jarvis from our love of reading text ‘Street Child’.
